Students who attend NUSD Middle Schools (Sinaloa, San Jose and Hamilton Meadow) will have an opportunity to complete the written application during school hours. January 10-February 6, 2026
Our STEM Marin team will read and score applications during this time. Applications are scored anonymously. We do not know the student's name, gender, race, ethnicity or school. There are at least 4 team members assessing each student's application.

Students and parent/guardian will be notified via email of their placement. Students will either be offered placement, denied placement or waitlisted. If you are waitlisted, you will receive a letter with your waitlist position.

When students receive their offer, we ask them to return a letter of intent. The letter of intent is submitted digitally. If students do not confirm their placement by this deadline, their spot may be giving to a student on the waitlist.
